A huge package arrived from this company. I had ordered two very light weight items. How could one get heavy "hair flowers"? This must be an error, I thought. When I opened the box, there were eight inches of packaging paper, and two lovely gossamer hair fowers at the bottom, not even protected by tissue paper. I emailed the company, but have received no response. They evidently are not customer oriented.
